I believe in the importance of transparency and creating an inclusive work environment, which is why I want to share a bit about myself. I’m Neurodivergent & have a minor physical disability or two. Additionally, I identify as non-binary. I share this information to foster understanding and ensure that I’m considered in an environment that values diversity and inclusivity, helping to avoid any potential discrimination.

My experiences have helped me develop a strong ability to adapt, work under pressure, and remain empathetic to others’ needs, all while striving to contribute meaningfully to the team dynamic. I believe that these qualities are critical in any workplace, especially one focused on inclusivity.

Once I have the financial stability to access the care I need—especially in areas where I feel secure and can trust the treatment—I’m confident that I will be able to unlock my full potential as a team member. The opportunity to stabilize my health would significantly improve my overall well-being, reduce my depression, and give me the tools I need to contribute even more effectively to your team.

By understanding these personal experiences, I hope to show how they translate into a strong work ethic, the ability to connect with colleagues across different backgrounds, and the potential to grow into a highly engaged and empathetic team player. I’m excited about the possibility of working in an inclusive environment where I can contribute, learn, and grow alongside others with diverse experiences.
